The Ustawi Initiative Committee (UIC)

Ustawi Initiative is governed by a democratically elected Committee that provides strategic leadership, mobilizes resources, and ensures transparency and accountability to the community we serve.

Chairperson

Presides over meetings, provides strategic leadership and represents the Initiative externally.

Vice-Chairperson

Deputizes the Chairperson and supports coordination of Initiative programs.

Operations / Admin Officer

Manages records, correspondence and communication of the Initiative.

Financial Officer

Oversees the Initiative budget and ensures transparent financial management.

Program Coordinator

Leads development and execution of health education programs and events.

Linkages Officer

Builds partnerships with healthcare providers and manages community referrals.

IT & Evaluation Officer

Runs monitoring & evaluation and manages digital platforms.
